Terms of service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Naked Cases is operated by Lay Dining Group Pty Ltd (“Naked Cases”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms govern your use of nakedcases.com and purchases made through our store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and other policies referenced on our website.

Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Nothing in these Terms limits our obligation to provide products that match their description or your rights under applicable consumer law.

We may modify or discontinue products and limit available quantities at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase from us.

An order is accepted once we confirm it and successfully process payment.

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues or restrictions on where we can supply a product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once processing has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when your order is placed.

Prices displayed to Australian customers include GST where applicable.

Shipping costs and any other charges collected by us will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, local taxes, duties or import charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We currently ship to Australia, the United States and Canada. Orders may be fulfilled from Australia or China, depending on the product, destination and available inventory. An order may arrive in more than one shipment. Standard shipping is free on orders of AUD $100 or more; available methods and other charges are shown at checkout.

If an order is lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Our obligations to you are not transferred to a courier simply because an order has been handed over for delivery.

See our Shipping Policy for delivery, tracking and international duties information.

Returns and consumer rights

Eligible voluntary change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions in our Returns Policy. Earlier purchases retain any more favourable terms offered at the time of purchase.

Those conditions are additional to, and do not limit, rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

For Australian customers, our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For other failures, you may be entitled to have the problem remedied in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary return period, packaging requirements and sale conditions do not override statutory rights. See Product Issues & Consumer Rights for support.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

Website availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

If these Terms conflict with a non-excludable statutory right, the statutory right prevails.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that applied to a purchase made before the change.

The current version will be published on this website with its updated date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under the laws applying to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up a consumer right, remedy or forum that cannot lawfully be excluded.
