Shipping policy

We currently ship to Australia, the United States and Canada.

Where we ship from

Orders may be fulfilled from Australia or China, depending on the product, destination and available inventory. An order may occasionally arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of AUD $100 or more. Available shipping methods and charges below this threshold are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking information may take a short period to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or import charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If there is an error, contact contact@nakedcases.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

Lost or damaged orders

Contact contact@nakedcases.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos where available. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law; our responsibilities are not transferred to the carrier.
