Product Issues & Consumer Rights

Naked Cases is operated by Lay Dining Group Pty Ltd.

Something wrong with your case?

If your case is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, contact contact@nakedcases.com. Include your order number, a brief description and photos where available. If you cannot locate the order number, another reasonable proof of purchase can be provided.

Please contact us before returning the product so we can provide the correct instructions.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These rights are separate from our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind policy. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law.

For a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, you are entitled to have the problem remedied as required by law.

Statutory claims are not restricted to the voluntary return period. Original packaging is not required, and sale and discounted products retain statutory consumer protections.

Return costs

Reasonable return costs for products covered by consumer law are handled as required by law. Where required, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return costs. Contact us before posting so we can explain the practical steps.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, read our Returns policy.
