Refund policy

The following voluntary change-of-mind terms apply to orders placed on or after 6 October 2026 (Australia/Melbourne). Earlier purchases retain any more favourable return terms offered at the time of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

These conditions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant products.

Starting a return

Email contact@nakedcases.com with your order number, the item being returned and the reason for return. If you cannot locate your order number, include another reasonable proof of purchase.

Please wait for our return instructions before posting anything. We will provide the correct return address and explain the next steps.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. Our return destination is Australia; we provide the exact address in the return instructions.

Where a product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, your statutory rights regarding reasonable return costs remain unaffected. Where required by law, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return costs.

Refunds

We assess returned items against the conditions that apply and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund, with additional processing time potentially required by your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order for your preferred design or phone model.

Product issues and consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are separate from our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind policy.

Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law. For a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, you are entitled to have the problem remedied as required by law.

Original packaging is not required for a statutory claim. Sale and discounted products retain statutory consumer protections. Contact contact@nakedcases.com with your order details, a brief description and photos where available.
